This file only removes the 170Km/h speed limit not the 100Km/h limit.
Can you do the 100Km/h limit removal?

Thanks HexMod, still this is not the 100km/h limiter. There is a hidden 100km/h limit that I cannot
find with Mappack or Toyolex3.
